1. What Information Do We Collect?

MCP Server Data. MCPLexor processes metadata about your Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers (such as names, descriptions, and tool definitions) to provide our semantic search and context optimization features. We do not access or store your actual data, credentials, or file contents - these remain on your local device.

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your personal information for various purposes, depending on how you interact with our services:

• Account management. To create and manage your user account, including authentication and access control.
• Service delivery. To provide, maintain, and improve our MCP server management and context optimization services.
• Communication. To send you service-related notifications, updates, and respond to your inquiries.
• Security. To protect our services and users from fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.

3. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Information?

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Do We Use AI and Third-Party Services?

Yes. MCPLexor uses third-party AI service providers to power our semantic search and context optimization features. These providers include:

• Anthropic (Claude)
• OpenAI
• Google (Gemini)

When you use our AI-powered features, your inputs (such as MCP server metadata and search queries) and the resulting outputs may be processed by these providers. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies for more information about how they handle data.

Local Processing. Where possible, we perform processing locally on your device to minimize data transmission. API keys, credentials, and sensitive configuration data remain on your local machine and are not transmitted to our servers.

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Usage data may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form for analytics and service improvement purposes.

6. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including:
